Board Certified in Family Law, award certification earned by less than 1% of Texas Attorneys. Only Board Certified Attorneys may advertise themselves as experts or specialists. The process to become board certified is requires completion of an extensive application detailing the complexity of the attorney's cases, substantial involvement in that area of law, peer or judicial references, and if approved, then passing a rigorous exam.

Thousands of hours in contested court hearings, jury trials, complex factual and legal problems. Lead counsel in 10-20 contested trials and hearings every year, interviewing witnesses, gathering and organizing exhibits, reviewing and anticipating proper application of the law, developing strategy, and counseling clients

A decorated youth athlete now coaching multiple local youth sports teams, serving as a trusted leader and advisor for local organizations, including the community coalition currently preparing for Texas' Rural Community-Based Care Pilot Program for the Concho Valley, founded her own nonprofit in 2015, organized Adult Christian retreats, and served as a Christian summer camp youth leader
